Equity Practitioners in Higher Education Australasia (EPHEA) are the leading professional association for equity practitioners in higher education across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific region. Their mission is to build capacity, champion systemic change, foster collaboration, and recognise the valuable work of equity practitioners.

This event will offer the chance to delve into thought-provoking discussions, collaborate with peers, and explore innovative approaches to advancing equity and inclusion within the Australasian higher education sector.

Indigenous knowledge: integrating indigenous systems into curriculum, teaching and supporting indigenous students and staff within higher education institutions.
Culturally responsive practices: in teaching, student and staff engagement practices that centre Māori and Pacific perspectives
