ADCET Webinar: Integrating Assistive Technology and Study Skills Strategies with FindMyFlow - Neuro-inclusive eLearning for AT Users (Vendor Demonstration)

Corrected captions will be added shortly

Assistive technology can be truly transformative for disabled and neurodivergent students. But knowing how - and when - to utilise different technology can be a challenge in itself. Developed by a team of experienced AT trainers, FindMyFlow is an innovative, neuro-inclusive eLearning platform that integrates AT training and study skills for tertiary education.

FindMyFlow is the #1 eLearning tool recommended through the UK government’s Disabled Students Allowance scheme. It is used by students at over 130 UK universities - both as a standalone self-serve tool, and alongside in-person AT and Study Skills training.

In this webinar, Lucy from FindMyFlow demonstrated how the FindMyFlow platform is customised to each user’s specific AT support package, focusing on the practical applications of different AT features. She also demonstrated how it equips students with a personalised toolkit of AT tutorials, study strategies, and support resources.

The webinar asked you to consider how well-integrated AT training and study skills are within your institutions, and whether you believe tailored eLearning from FindMyFlow could help support student outcomes.

Key takeaways

FindMyFlow is an online, on-demand eLearning resource, carefully designed to help students:

  • Get started - with bite-sized AT tutorials
  • Build confidence - with practical, task-focused modules on key academic tasks like note taking, reading & research, writing skills, exam revision, and presentations
