Manager, Student AccessAbility and Equity - Swinburne
As the Manager, Student AccessAbility and Equity, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and evaluating high-quality accessibility and equity services that support and enhance the Swinburne student experience. You will lead a dedicated team of Student AccessAbility and Student Equity staff, ensuring the delivery of quality, accountable, and scalable services across all university locations.

You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Extensive experience in leadership and management of an operational workgroup, ideally of services that affect higher education and vocation education students
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Victorian and National education context, including funding and legislation governing student equity and accessibility
- Demonstrated ability to foster and promote an inclusive, collaborative and safe working environment and effectively handle conflict
- Demonstrated experience in delivering improved outcomes and results for student equity cohort groups in a higher education and/or vocation education setting and achieve objectives operating within complex organisational structures
Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification and extensive relevant experience; or extensive management experience and expertise in a relevant area; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
