An Eye to the Future
An Eye to the Future employment project is an initiative by Blind Citizens Australia (BCA) which aims to change perceptions about hiring someone who is blind or vision impaired. The program connects and works with employers across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania to become leaders in equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The free education and support services provided through this program is made possible by a grant from the Department of Social Services.
