PWDA: LGBTQIA+ People with Disability Survey
People with Disability Australia (PWDA) wants to hear about the experiences of LGBTQIA+ people with disability.
PWDA is a national peak disability rights and advocacy organisation led by and for people with disability. We advocate for people with all kinds of disabilities and have also received funding from the Australian Government to be the national peak for LGBTQIA+ people with disability.
This survey is for LGBTQIA+ people with disability or people with disability who have diverse sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or sex characteristics.
Participants can skip any question they don't want to answer. All answers are anonymous and confidential.
