FAQs

How do I access the event online?

Delegates who have registered for the online event will be sent relevant links and further information a few days prior to the Symposium.

Where is in-person event being held?

The Symposium will be held at RMIT, Melbourne, Level 4 of Building 80. 435-457 Swanston Street. RMIT Building 80 (B80) is entered via Swanston Street. All RMIT Buildings display their building number prominently with RMIT signage on the outside of the building. Staff members will be available outside of Building 80 on the day to assist you.

Can I cancel my registration?

Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to admin@adcet.edu.au. Cancellations received up until two weeks before the symposium, 29 May 2024, will be refunded less 25% for administration and processing fees. No registration refunds will be made after this date.

Can I transfer my registration?

Registrations can be transferred to another person in your organisation, if advised in writing up to one day prior (11 June 2024) to the symposium.

Do presenters have to register?

Yes, we request that presenters register.

Will I have access to the recordings?

All participants who are registered online or in-person will have access to all the recordings for three months following the event, at which time the recordings will be made public. The presentation slides and any other related resources will also be made available.

What do I have access to if I register online?

Online registrants will be able to access the stream of the keynote presentation and the other presentations offered in the main room. We are also offering a fully online program from 10:45am to 4:15pm.

The conference conveners cannot be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates. The organisers reserve the right to alter the program as is deemed necessary.
