A range of downloadable and customisable templates are available to illustrate how you can evidence your practice and how you might demonstrate meeting the requirements of the Disability Standards for Education 2005 (Cth) (DSE) 
. For each Template, there is a corresponding example to illustrate how you can complete them. You can adapt any of these templates to meet your organisation’s requirements.
